Africa Tickets operates as a premium technological interface facilitating the curation and acquisition of seat licenses. By interacting with the platform, you acknowledge that Africa Tickets is a technology provider, not the physical event producer.
Our role is to maintain the ledger, facilitate the M-Pesa vendor-split mechanism, and secure your cryptographic ticket vault.
A ticket is a revocable digital license to enter a specific venue at a specific time. Each license is cryptographically bound to your Africa Tickets profile. Redistribution through unauthorized 3rd-party marketplaces is strictly prohibited to prevent fraudulent duplication.
Attempting to utilize a duplicated or tampered-with QR code will result in immediate gate rejection and a permanent ban from the Membership Circle.
All transactions initiated via M-Pesa STK Push are finalized once the Safaricom confirmation is received. Africa Tickets provides real-time polling to confirm successful ledger entries. Due to the immediate automated split-payment to event directors and platform recipients, voluntary cancellations are not supported.
Users are responsible for the security of their vault access. Intentional attempts to bypass capacity limits, utilize automated scrapers, or disrupt the transactional integrity of the platform will be met with immediate legal escalation under the Kenya Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act.
