All acquisitions on Africa Tickets are considered FINAL.
Since our platform utilizes an automated vendor-split payment mechanism, funds are immediately distributed to administrative and promoter accounts upon Safaricom confirmation. Once a QR is minted, the split cannot be automatically reversed.
In the event that an attraction is fully cancelled by the host, Africa Tickets will coordinate with the promoter to reverse the split. Refunds will be initiated to the original payment source within 7-14 business days. Note that platform service fees (4%) may remain non-refundable to cover processing overhead.
Tickets for postponed events remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled attraction, you are encouraged to utilize our Secure Resale Market once active to transfer your license to another member.
